About the role
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Executive to support the Managing Director and the wider team in daily office operations, event coordination and asset management. The role blends secretarial duties with project support, ensuring smooth administrative processes across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director with expense claims, travel arrangements, meeting‑room bookings and other day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Organise and lead recreational and corporate events, including representation at Panasonic events and coordination of policy and conference activities.
- Manage conference logistics such as guest‑list preparation, notice distribution, portal setup, survey handling and vendor liaison.
- Verify payable expenses, update expense reports and handle miscellaneous tasks like stationery orders and user‑ID management for statutory bodies.
- Procure and manage assets: request quotations, compare prices, follow up purchase requisitions, receive, store, allocate and maintain asset records.
- Provide cross‑functional support for audit, compliance and IT system projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum “O” Level qualification.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organisational abilities and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
