Aerospace Technician – Engine Repair

About the role

Join Pratt & Whitney’s Singapore workshop as an Aerospace Technician supporting engine repair operations. You will work closely with workshop engineers and the assistant foreman to ensure high‑quality maintenance of aircraft engine components.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineers and foreman with daily operational tasks in the workshop.
• Perform engine repair activities such as cleaning, blasting, scrubbing, inspection, and related duties on modules, parts, components, or accessories.
• Support EH&S and continuous‑improvement projects and initiatives.
• Carry out housekeeping, workshop upkeep, and maintenance of tooling and fixtures as directed.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in disassembly, assembly, inspection, repairs or testing within the aerospace industry.
• Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• High level of integrity, accountability and a strong drive to complete tasks.
• Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure and support rotating shift schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
