AI Trainer

About the role

Eduquest International Institute is looking for a dynamic AI Trainer to lead the growth of its Digital Skills Academy. You will design and deliver AI‑focused training programmes, create new courses, and help shape the Academy’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging AI and digital‑skills training for adult learners and corporate clients, both in‑person and online.
• Design, develop, and continuously update AI‑related curricula, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI automation, productivity tools, prompt engineering, and AI for business applications.
• Identify emerging AI trends and market opportunities to expand the Academy’s offerings and partnerships.
• Collaborate with management, marketing, and sales teams to promote programmes and ensure accreditation compliance.
• Stay current with AI advancements and implement innovative, AI‑driven learning methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with WSQ ACTA/ACLP certification.
• Strong hands‑on experience with advanced AI tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to develop AI workflows, automations, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or facilitation is preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Passion for lifelong learning and digital transformation.
