About the role
Join TDCX as a Customer Service Officer on the helpline team, delivering high‑quality support across multiple communication channels. You will act as the first point of contact, understand customer needs, and provide strategic solutions that ensure satisfaction and swift case resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent support experience via phone, email, chat and other relevant channels.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and propose strategic solutions.
- Achieve first‑contact resolution and follow up with service partners and internal teams to close cases according to service standards.
- Offer constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow and customer experience.
- Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support the Quality Management System.
Required profile
- Diploma to Master’s degree in any field.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong time‑management, multitasking and communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems; quick learner of new tools.
- Fluent in English and the language of the supporting market.
