About the role
Fastly is seeking a strategic leader to head Field Marketing across Japan and the broader APAC region. Reporting to regional leadership, you will partner with sales and global marketing to design and execute campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the JAPAC field marketing strategy to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing team of field marketers.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities across enterprise, mid‑market, and growth segments.
- Build and scale partner marketing programs, both “to‑partner” and “through‑partner.”
- Own regional marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and alignment with revenue goals.
- Develop regional plans that complement global campaigns while addressing local market nuances.
- Provide performance insights and replicate best practices across regions.
- Collaborate with global teams to adapt messaging and ensure cross‑functional alignment.
Required profile
- 15+ years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably within enterprise technology.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise customer journey and sales process.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
