HR Intern – People Team

About the role

foodpanda is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join its People Team in Singapore. You will support the design and delivery of a Recognition and Engagement campaign, gaining hands‑on experience in employee engagement and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing recognition and engagement initiatives across three campaign pillars.
• Handle logistics such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, managing budgets and coordinating events.
• Create and distribute internal communications via Slack, town halls and other channels.
• Develop creative content, including employee and manager spotlights.
• Research best practices for recognition, collect feedback and help analyse campaign effectiveness.
• Support specific projects like growth‑hacking initiatives and executive coaching logistics.
• Provide general administrative support to the Singapore People Team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in employee engagement and recognition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Creative mindset with willingness to contribute new ideas.
