Jira Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Jira Consultant to design, configure and implement Jira ITSM solutions for our clients in Singapore. The role focuses on automating service‑management processes, integrating Jira with internal systems and supporting platform stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement Jira ITSM forms and custom workflows.
• Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, business rules and Ansible playbooks for infrastructure automation.
• Implement ITIL‑aligned processes for incident, problem, change, request and CMDB management.
• Build REST API integrations to enable end‑to‑end automation across internal applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Support platform upgrades, patch management and ensure optimal performance and availability.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• ITIL v3/v4 certification or demonstrable experience in IT service management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams is a plus.
