Legal Counsel – Corporate (2-3 years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join a multinational organisation operating across the UK and Asia. The role involves supporting a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters while working closely with business stakeholders in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and review commercial agreements such as NDAs, master services agreements, procurement contracts, maintenance and repair agreements, joint venture contracts, financing documents, construction agreements and licences.
• Provide advice on compliance matters including anti‑bribery and corruption, sanctions, export controls and related regulations.
• Support corporate governance activities – prepare board and shareholder resolutions, minutes and corporate secretarial documentation, and liaise with external corporate secretarial providers.
• Advise on disputes and claims, manage external counsel when required, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• LLB (Hons) or JD from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years post‑qualification experience in corporate law, either in private practice or in‑house.
• Strong drafting and communication abilities, sound commercial judgement and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
