Manager, CIO Office (APAC)

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Manager for the CIO Office (APAC) to join foodpanda’s regional team. Based in Singapore, the Philippines or Malaysia, you will work closely with country teams across APAC to drive growth, improve profitability and solve key business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose market challenges and develop strategic recommendations in partnership with country teams.
• Analyse country P&L statements to identify opportunities for profitability and productivity improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional regional projects covering customer experience, operating models and ways of working.
• Support budget planning and resource allocation through data‑driven analysis and recommendations.
• Prepare strategic analyses and investment proposals to inform leadership decisions on goals, funding and ROI.
• Drive coordination, progress tracking and follow‑up for the company’s OKR process.
• Participate in regular performance updates, financial reviews, budgeting and strategy sessions.
• Lead workstreams aimed at enhancing customer, rider and vendor performance and experience.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to work with financial data and P&L statements.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to partner with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and managing projects across multiple markets.
