About the role
We are looking for a high‑calibre Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior teams and visiting executives. The role ensures strict compliance with group policies while delivering efficient secretarial services in a fast‑paced banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with all group policies, rules and regulations.
- Provide day‑to‑day secretarial support, including document preparation, presentation materials and filing.
- Coordinate office procurement, manage central and electronic filing systems in line with audit guidelines.
- Schedule appointments, organise meetings and actively manage calendars for line managers.
- Arrange travel and accommodation following CIB travel and expense policies, and process related expense reports.
- Support visiting executives with local travel logistics, office access and workstation set‑up.
- Screen visitors and telephone calls, handle internal and external correspondence.
- Provide basic IT system support and maintain accurate client/marketing databases.
- Perform ad‑hoc assignments while managing information risk and reporting exceptions.
Required profile
- Strong judgment with the ability to make decisions independently.
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills for dealing with diverse internal and external parties.
- Energetic, confident and tenacious with superior written and verbal communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
