Senior Corporate Counsel

About the role

Apple’s Corporate Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join its Singapore team. You will provide critical legal support for Apple’s entities and regional expansion across the Asia Pacific, applying deep corporate law expertise to complex and often unprecedented matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate governance and compliance for Apple’s entities in the Asia Pacific, including board and shareholder matters, corporate filings and ongoing entity management.
• Act as a trusted legal advisor to Finance, Tax, Treasury and other regional stakeholders, delivering clear, commercially‑sound guidance.
• Advise on business expansion initiatives, such as new entity formations, corporate restructurings and post‑acquisition integrations.
• Support intercompany arrangements, including financing, capital contributions, dividends and other cross‑border transactions.
• Provide strategic input on entity structure decisions and anticipate legal needs for business and finance teams.
• Assist statutory audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisors.
• Oversee external counsel and service providers to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective legal support.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised university.
• Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of experience advising on international entity structures, corporate governance and statutory compliance.
• In‑house experience at a multinational technology company or comparable environment (preferred).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance and compliance.
• Experience with intercompany transactions, financing, capital contributions and cross‑border deals.
• Ability to manage external counsel and deliver cost‑effective legal solutions.
