About the role
The Senior HR Executive will act as the primary HR partner for an assigned business unit, supporting leaders and employees on all people‑related matters. This role combines strategic advisory, talent acquisition, and day‑to‑day HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and employees, serving as the main point of contact for HR queries.
- Provide recommendations on manpower planning, people development, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data and produce timely hiring reports.
- Prepare employment contracts, manage work‑pass administration, and keep employee records up to date.
- Deliver HR services promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at strengthening employer branding and enhancing employee experience.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Management, Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or broader HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and related labour legislation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.
