Senior Manager – Corporate Communications

About the role

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead its Corporate Communications division. You will shape strategic storytelling, protect the authority’s public image, and champion Singapore’s aviation sector as a trusted regulator.

Key responsibilities

• Act as brand custodian, ensuring consistent application of the CAAS brand across all touch‑points.
• Drive branding initiatives, assess relevance, identify gaps, and collaborate with agencies to maintain brand alignment.
• Monitor brand health through perception research and strengthen brand equity.
• Oversee creation of corporate publications and branding materials.
• Plan and execute integrated branding and marketing communications campaigns for corporate, sectoral and employer branding objectives.
• Shape narratives and messaging with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and apply insights to future initiatives.
• Conceptualise and develop CAAS showcase/booth for major exhibitions, delivering cohesive branded experiences across physical and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Passionate, agile professional able to manage multiple stakeholder priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate branding, marketing communications and events management, preferably in the public sector.
• Strategic and creative thinker with hands‑on campaign execution experience.
• Strong content development ability to translate complex issues into compelling narratives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Independent, self‑motivated, and committed to high standards of delivery.
