About the role
MAS is seeking temporary staff to provide basic administrative support to various departments on short‑term assignments lasting a few months. The role operates in a fast‑paced environment, requiring the ability to handle high volumes of work and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver general office management and administrative assistance to the assigned department.
- Manage and process paperwork, files, and cartons as needed.
- Support multiple assignments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Required profile
- Relevant admin experience or at least GCE ‘O’ Levels.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying files or cartons.
