About the role
We are looking for a passionate Volleyball (Boys) CCA Instructor to lead our boys' volleyball program at our Jurong West campus. The role involves coaching young athletes, designing training sessions and fostering a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions for various skill levels.
- Coach and mentor students during practices and competitive matches.
- Organise tournaments and events to promote team spirit.
- Encourage teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship among participants.
- Monitor individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with parents to support student participation.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years coaching experience in volleyball or related sports.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, rules and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage young athletes.
- Coaching or first‑aid certifications are a plus.
