About the role
Certis is seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to lead the Accounts Receivable function across all Business Units. You will analyse current billing processes, drive automation, and redesign workflows to support scalable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse existing invoicing, credit note creation, and customer query handling to identify inefficiencies.
- Use data insights to prioritise automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Units, GSS, and Group Technology to re‑engineer billing processes for sustainability and scalability.
- Deploy technology solutions aiming for at least 50% automation of the end‑to‑end process.
- Document future‑state processes and produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Required profile
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance (LCCI, CAT) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in process re‑engineering or optimisation.
- Process‑oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Quick learner, self‑motivated and able to communicate concisely.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology (a plus).
