Associate Director – Investment Platform Leadership (APAC)

About the role

Wellington Management is seeking a strategic, execution‑driven Associate Director to partner with the APAC Investment Platform Leadership Team. Based in Singapore, this senior role will help shape and deliver the region’s investment strategy, ensuring robust governance, effective cross‑functional collaboration, and smooth day‑to‑day platform operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and execute the APAC regional strategy in line with global investment priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Lead the Business Planning process with functional ADs and APAC directors, delivering data‑driven plans.
• Collaborate with Finance to provide cost, resource, productivity, and performance insights.
• Act as a cross‑functional change agent, leading large‑scale initiatives that enhance investment capabilities, infrastructure, and operating models.
• Influence and align stakeholders across the region and global functions, navigating complex environments.
