Backend Developer (Junior/Senior) – Cloud‑Native Systems

About the role

This role focuses on hands‑on development and scaling of high‑performance, cloud‑native backend services. You will solve technical challenges, ensure system reliability, and help maintain a high‑standard codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, cloud‑native backend services for high‑traffic systems.
• Write clean, high‑quality code using .NET Core (C#) and an additional backend language.
• Optimize system performance and database queries to handle high concurrency.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to refine specifications and project scope.
• Automate deployment pipelines and system monitoring.
• Perform code reviews and champion engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain availability and stability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of professional backend development experience, preferably with transactional or high‑traffic systems.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Strong hands‑on experience with at least one other backend language such as Golang, Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of multi‑threading, asynchronous programming, and distributed system fundamentals.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud).
• Knowledge of relational databases, specifically MSSQL, and performance tuning.
