Brand Designer – Employer Branding

About the role
ByteDance’s Employer Branding team is looking for an experienced Brand Designer to shape external‑facing visual content that reflects the company’s culture and hiring priorities. You will own the design process from concept through execution, collaborating with strategists, producers, and cross‑functional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead visual design for employer branding initiatives across social media, platforms, and offline events.
- Create cohesive creative assets for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Develop and iterate digital employer‑branding experiences, applying UX thinking to improve the candidate journey.
- Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in visual or brand design, with a strong portfolio of external‑facing content.
- Excellent visual sensibility and ability to translate ideas into engaging digital storytelling.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to handle multiple fast‑paced projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
- Motion or video editing capabilities (a plus).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital interfaces.
