Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Manager you will lead consultative, relationship‑based selling across the commercial sector, focusing on Banking, Logistics, Shipping and Manufacturing. Leveraging expertise in AI, digital twins and emerging technologies, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture trust‑based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor by sharing relevant insights, use cases and ROI stories.
• Identify and develop new logo and strategic account opportunities exceeding $5M.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and client executives to understand business and IT strategies.
• Create business cases that quantify expected value and transition qualified opportunities to sales and solution teams.
• Grow the account portfolio through pipeline development, value‑creation ideas and delivery excellence on key engagements.
• Participate actively in account planning sessions and industry forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative selling within the commercial sector.
• Strong industry presence and extensive market connections.
• Deep knowledge of AI, digital twin and emerging technology trends.
• Ability to articulate ROI and develop compelling business cases.
• Excellent communication skills with senior technology and business leaders.
