Creative Content Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Creative Content Production Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our brand’s creative and physical productions. You will coordinate campaigns, digital content, pop‑up experiences, collaborations and consignment projects, ensuring each initiative is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of photoshoots, videos, lookbooks and social content, handling scheduling, casting, location scouting, crew booking, permits, travel and call‑sheet preparation.
• Manage pop‑up stores, in‑store activations and event builds, securing locations, vendors, permits and temporary staff while aligning with visual merchandising and retail operations.
• Oversee production logistics for artist, designer and brand collaborations, handling contracts, deliverables and rights usage in partnership with legal teams.
• Control full production budgets, negotiate vendor rates, draft and execute contracts, track expenses and ensure timely payments with finance.
• Serve as the production liaison across Marketing, Creative, Retail, PR, Finance, VM and Legal, anticipating risks and maintaining project momentum.
• Define and implement best‑practice workflows, supervise post‑production schedules, asset quality control and hand‑over to digital and retail channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Production, Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of production experience in fashion, a creative agency or brand‑side environment.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity.
