Director of Finance – Singapore

About the role

Inchcape is seeking a Director of Finance to lead its Singapore market. You will be a key member of the market’s management team, driving financial strategy, supporting growth initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional CFO (APAC) and the Managing Director for Singapore to shape financial strategy.
• Lead the market’s annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes.
• Provide timely financial analysis, benchmarks and insights to inform commercial and operational decisions.
• Support the global finance transformation agenda and drive implementation of controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Champion the multi‑year sustainability agenda and embed ESG considerations into financial planning.

Required profile

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in a multinational or fast‑growing environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasts and complex financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior leaders across functions.
