E‑Commerce Specialist – Singapore

About the role

Bulgari is seeking an energetic E‑Commerce Specialist to manage and optimise its online operations for Singapore and Australia. You will work closely with local, regional and global teams to ensure a seamless omni‑channel experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve e‑commerce Net Promoter Score (NPS) by tracking customer feedback and driving process enhancements.
• Support online events such as pre‑orders, product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular testing, auditing and optimisation of the website, including banner updates, category page merchandising and store locator information.
• Collaborate with global teams on SEO opportunities, SEM copy reviews and new payment system roll‑outs.
• Prepare weekly e‑commerce performance reports in partnership with the e‑commerce manager.
