HSE & Facility Management Executive

About the role

The HSE & Facility Management Executive is responsible for safeguarding the health, safety and environmental standards of the organisation while ensuring that all facilities operate efficiently and cost‑effectively. This role combines strategic HSE leadership with day‑to‑day oversight of building maintenance, security and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures and programs in line with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections and audits; drive corrective actions and incident investigations.
• Organise HSE training, fire drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, permits and statutory compliance documentation; act as liaison with external regulators.
• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning and security across offices, warehouses and other sites.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Monitor utility consumption and lead cost‑reduction and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure facilities meet all health, safety and environmental standards.
• Plan and manage office relocations, renovations or improvement projects.
• Control facility‑related budgets, procurement and reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSE management and facility operations, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead investigations, audits and training programmes.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
