Intern – Mobility Aftermarket Purchasing & Quality (ASEAN)

About the role

Join Bosch as an intern in the Mobility Aftermarket Purchasing & Purchasing Quality Department for the ASEAN region. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting supplier management, purchasing processes and quality activities while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Supplier scouting: identify potential suppliers, document findings and research ASEAN trade agreements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• System data & contracts maintenance: keep purchasing system data accurate, prepare contract documents for supplier signature routing and ensure proper approvals.
• Purchasing support: assist with pricing inquiries, master data maintenance and supplier communications.
• Purchasing quality: verify document accuracy, request technical information for Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR), create and implement Engineering Change Notifications for the ASEAN region, and support new product releases and supplier problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Interest in the automotive or technical industry.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and able to work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
