Junior Visual Designer – Digital & Publication

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual stories across digital and print media. You will join Aetos Communications’ creative team, supporting brand communication for campaigns, corporate reports and publications in both English and Chinese.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, visualise and execute design concepts for digital platforms and print collateral.
• Collaborate with design, client‑servicing and management teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic storytelling.
• Create original visual assets for social media, campaigns and e‑publications, handling English and Chinese content.
• Source and curate imagery, iconography and visual references to enhance design quality.
• Storyboard and design visuals for campaign videos and corporate events.
• Manage projects independently, prioritise tasks and ensure high creative standards.
• Animate and edit videos using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Apply large‑format or 3D design knowledge to expand creative outputs.
• Leverage AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Envato GenAI to streamline the design process.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or freelance work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills.
• Effective communication, proactive problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, open to feedback and eager to learn new techniques.
• Passion for purposeful and aesthetically compelling design.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• PowerPoint, Canva, MiroBoard and Figma.
• After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Adobe Firefly, Envato GenAI or similar generative AI tools.
