Key Account Manager – Industrial Solutions

About the role

The Key Account Manager for Industrial Solutions will drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers in the piping systems market. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable service delivery and accurate demand forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and forecast sales potential within the Industrial Solutions market and own assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer behaviours and competitor activities, turning insights into effective sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their operational needs and propose tailored GF solutions.
• Proactively prospect, qualify and secure new business opportunities across relevant industry segments.
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve service issues, ensure fulfilment reliability and support stock planning.
• Maintain accurate sales activities, customer data and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or industrial sales.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market potential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations, service and planning teams.
