About the role
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to lead the sales of our PowerGen solutions for data centre customers in the APAC region. Based in Tukang, Singapore, you will join Rolls‑Royce Power Systems’ global key‑account team and be responsible for driving mission‑critical emergency backup projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow Global Data Center key accounts across APAC, delivering turn‑key power generation solutions.
- Achieve sales targets for emergency backup and mission‑critical projects.
- Lead negotiations, prepare quotations and conduct business‑review meetings with key customers.
- Coordinate with third‑party suppliers and Sales Engineering to confirm technical scopes.
- Promote MTU products through market analysis, lead generation and positioning of technology.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory data in internal systems.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or account‑management experience in industrial, power systems, energy, construction or O&G sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
