Maintenance Technician – Electrical Repair for CNC Machines

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation of our CNC manufacturing equipment. The role focuses on electrical repair, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and automation issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components.
• Perform routine tasks such as lubricating, greasing and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members and provide technical assistance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• NITEC or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems and automation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance record keeping.
• Effective communication with supervisors and colleagues.
