Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tech Lead

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to drive the technical delivery of CRM solutions. The role combines deep platform expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of developers through design, development, and deployment phases.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technical and architectural direction for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, and custom extensions.
• Lead a development team, conduct code reviews, and ensure high‑quality code, documentation, testing and deployment practices.
• Implement and manage DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), automated testing, and release strategies for Dynamics 365 and related integrations.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and stakeholders to clarify technical requirements, scope and delivery timelines.
• Design integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems such as ERP, third‑party applications, and ensure seamless data flow.
• Establish coding standards, deployment processes and stay current with Microsoft’s roadmap and emerging technologies.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning and analyze support data to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex Dynamics 365 projects and leading development teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
