Music Producer – Hip-Hop Album (Remote)

About the role

An independent songwriter and artist is looking for a skilled music producer to lead the creation of a new hip‑hop album. The position is fully remote and involves managing the entire production pipeline from concept to final mix.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full music production process, including arrangement, recording, mixing, and mastering.
• Collaborate closely with the artist to shape and refine the creative vision for each track.
• Produce high‑quality tracks across multiple genres, with a primary focus on hip‑hop.
• Provide creative input on song structure, instrumentation, and overall sound.
• Deliver all project milestones and final files on time in industry‑standard formats.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a music producer with a strong portfolio in hip‑hop and other genres.
• Proven ability to work on work‑for‑hire or ghost production arrangements.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
