About the role

Formative Minds is seeking a full‑time Primary Math Teaching Specialist to deliver its data‑driven, MOE‑aligned curriculum at our tuition centres in Singapore. The role combines classroom teaching with analytics‑based feedback to maximise student outcomes and offers a clear pathway to management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 10‑12 math classes per week (2 hours each) following the Formative Minds curriculum.
• Record quiz results and use the proprietary analytics platform to monitor student performance.
• Engage regularly with students and parents, providing progress updates.
• Contribute ideas for curriculum improvement and development.
• Handle administrative tasks, provide peer coverage, and participate in team meetings.
• Teach on at least one weekend day as part of a 5‑day work week.
