Product Analyst – Lending

About the role

Trust, a digitally native bank in Singapore, is looking for a Product Analyst to join its Lending team. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, shaping high‑quality loan products such as Instant Loan and Balance Transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of new features and post‑launch performance OKRs.
• Conceptualise and execute product propositions to stay ahead of traditional banks and third‑party providers.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer and credit segmentation analytics.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including acquisition, portfolio, and cross‑sell strategies.
• Act as the voice of the customer for your product and drive day‑to‑day loan operations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to ensure timely delivery of journeys.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive experience in financial institutions, with at least 2 years in product and project management.
• Strong analytical and executional capability.
• Ability to translate complex problems into elegant user experiences.
• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and proactive learner.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams across research, UX design, and delivery.
