Project Manager – CRM & Student Information Systems (3‑year contract)

About the role

The Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS) is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead CRM and Student Information System initiatives over a three‑year fixed‑term contract. You will own the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CRM and Student Information System projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor KPIs, and report status to steering committees and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Oversee requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, integration, testing and post‑implementation reviews.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, external vendors and manage procurement and contract negotiations.
• Facilitate end‑user training, support adoption, and continuously improve system performance through metrics and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale IT projects, preferably in higher‑education or public‑sector environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
