Recruiter – End-to-End Labour Hiring (1-Year Contract)

About the role
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for direct labour positions across production, assembly, logistics and cleanroom operations in Singapore. You will work closely with hiring managers to meet manpower needs quickly while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications and manpower requirements.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for roles such as material handlers, machine operators, assembly and cleanroom workers.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, liaise with HR and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, networking events and career fairs.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with Singapore’s Employment Act and company policies.
- Support onboarding and handover to HR operations.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on direct labour or manufacturing roles.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s labour market and workforce regulations.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring under tight timelines.
