About the role
Tag is seeking a Regional Account Director to lead client relationships and drive profitable growth across multiple markets. The role blends operational oversight with business development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive work plans that balance business development, solution design, and implementation.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in partnership with the Business Development Manager, building industry networks.
- Lead new‑business pitch development and presentation delivery, accountable for winning additional work.
- Own process mapping, due‑diligence reporting, and detailed solution design for one or more client accounts.
- Act as the expert advisor on client business and industry issues, both internally and externally.
- Support the Managing Director with organisational design, team efficiency, and client experience improvements.
- Collaborate with Account Directors on existing account plans and initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring targets are met.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or operational management at a senior level.
- Strong financial numeracy with a track record of meeting or exceeding profit targets.
- Ability to multitask across live projects and business‑development activities.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strategic focus on profit growth, relationship management, and product innovation/sustainability.
