Senior Director, ASP FP&A Service Delivery

About the role

The Senior Director, ASP FP&A Service Delivery leads a cross‑regional team that provides critical financial information and insights for the ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit. This role oversees commercial finance, marketing finance and full P&L planning, ensuring timely delivery of close, planning cycles and ad‑hoc analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end FP&A service delivery for commercial finance, marketing finance and financial planning.
• Manage a virtual team of Coca‑Cola associates and Genpact partners, ensuring high‑quality finance service standards.
• Collaborate with centre, OU stakeholders, global FP&A process owners and Genpact to guarantee flawless process execution.
• Provide actionable insights and translate complex financial data for decision‑making.
• Prioritise work initiatives with OU stakeholders and manage risk across the finance function.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of FP&A experience, including leadership of virtual teams.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with diverse business stakeholders.
• Experience in a multinational organization with a global footprint.
• Strong business acumen, financial competency and a growth‑mindset.
