Senior Manager – Direct Procurement (APAC)

About the role

Rolls‑Royce Power Systems is seeking a Senior Manager to lead direct procurement across the APAC region. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to support engine systems, power generation equipment and critical industrial components.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement APAC direct procurement strategies aligned with global standards.
• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations and commercial management for direct material categories.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and reporting mechanisms for procurement performance.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, driving capability improvement across machining, casting, fabrication, assembly and electrical systems.
• Oversee supplier evaluation, qualification, onboarding and performance reviews using scorecards and business reviews.
• Identify and execute cost‑reduction initiatives while ensuring supply continuity and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in strategic and operational procurement within the APAC region.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to align procurement activities to business objectives.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
