Accounts Payable Accountant – 6-12 month contract

About the role

Binance is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join its finance team for a 6‑12 month fixed‑term assignment. You will manage vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and bank reconciliations while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process employee reimbursement claims according to company policies.
• Validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and correct coding in NetSuite.
• Prepare and support invoice payment runs and reimbursements within authorized limits.
• Resolve invoice or payment discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and support month‑end close activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all AP and bank transactions.
• Ensure transactions comply with internal controls, segregation of duties, and approval matrices.
• Assist internal and external audits by providing required schedules and documents.
• Help improve AP and expense workflows in NetSuite and related tools.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or shared services.
• Basic working knowledge of NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Exposure to expense management tools and invoice processing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulated processes.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
