AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy intelligent agents that automate operational workflows across our enterprise systems. You will work at the intersection of AI, data engineering and business intelligence to create knowledge‑aware automation that drives efficiency for Finance, HR and other shared services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents integrated with ERP, HRIS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Salesforce via APIs, Power Automate or Graph connectors.
• Implement telemetry, observability and ROI measurement using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and statistical evaluation.
• Perform exploratory data analysis on finance, HR and operational datasets to identify automation opportunities.
• Build predictive models (anomaly detection, risk scoring, time‑series forecasting) and expose them through Fabric ML endpoints or Python scripts.
• Collaborate with BI teams to turn model outputs into decision‑ready dashboards and alerts.
• Maintain security, versioning and audit trails for all deployments and document pipelines and prompts for reproducibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning or automation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
