Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent serves as the primary point of reference for guests who need assistance, information, or personalised recommendations for both hotel offerings and Singapore‑specific activities and attractions. This role is essential in delivering the iconic service standards of Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core concierge tasks, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs to create memorable experiences.
• Manage limousine services, ensuring seamless arrival and departure while maximising revenue.
• Coordinate travel, ticket, tour, attraction bookings and off‑site restaurant reservations.
• Collaborate with doormen, porters, reception, housekeeping, butlers and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote in‑house facilities and inter‑hotel sales, maintaining strong inter‑divisional relationships.
• Address security incidents and guest complaints promptly, escalating to the Lobby Manager when necessary.
• Uphold brand SOPs, local SOPs and LQA standards, striving to meet performance scores set by management.
• Adhere to Workplace Safety and Health policies and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to guest‑centric service and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ownership of resident and visitor services with a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Adherence to Raffles Hotel’s code of ethics and alignment with Accor values: Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation and Respect.
• Excellent collaboration skills across multiple hotel departments.
• Ability to handle security incidents and guest complaints professionally.
