Cybersecurity Operations Engineer

About the role

The Cybersecurity Operations Engineer will protect enterprise IT and OT systems by delivering continuous monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and security engineering. You will collaborate with the CISO office, SOC, and engineering teams to design, implement, and operate effective security controls.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and improve security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, PAM, vulnerability scanners, and log management platforms.
• Perform system hardening, patch management, and network segmentation.
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and manage findings from red‑team or bug‑bounty programs.
• Partner with the CISO office to review security architecture and integrate automation capabilities.
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and respond to indicators of compromise.
• Implement technical controls for regulatory compliance and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations or security engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, PAM, and vulnerability scanners.
