Director - Project Management

About the role

The Director of Project Management will lead the strategic planning and execution of multiple large‑scale programs across the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects and programs, providing governance, standards, and tools for effective delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets, policies, and procedures that support functional infrastructure.
• Define risk registers, monitor progress from initiation through delivery, and proactively resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Report program status regularly to the executive team and functional leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of senior‑level program/project management experience.
• PMP or PfMP certification required; minimum 5 years in a director‑level role.
• Proven experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at the EVP level.
• Ability to travel up to 25 % of the time.
