Director, Special Projects – Integrated PR, Marketing & Creative

About the role

We are seeking a Director to lead our integrated PR, marketing and creative services function in Singapore. The role sits at the intersection of communications, brand strategy and creative operations, acting as a trusted client partner, creative storyteller and operational architect.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day‑to‑day client lead, managing multi‑channel communications programmes with strategic discipline.
• Build and grow relationships with key media contacts, journalists and influencers across Singapore and the region.
• Oversee earned media strategy and execution, including media partnerships, award submissions and industry recognition initiatives.
• Implement integrated communications campaigns, assess performance and ensure flawless execution across all channels.
• Identify digital and social communication trends and educate clients and internal teams to inform strategic direction.
• Detect and mitigate potential issues or disruptions in client business environments.
• Lead preparation and delivery of new‑business proposals and in‑person pitch meetings.
• Drive organic account growth and diversification, identifying cross‑account and global business opportunities.
• Present operational insights and creative capabilities to prospective clients to support new‑business wins.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to inform strategic positioning.
