Finance Manager / Finance Director

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager / Finance Director to lead our financial planning, analysis and reporting functions. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and guide resource allocation.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and execute financial strategies, including capital management, cost optimisation and profitability analysis.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders and support audit and regulatory requirements.
• Build, mentor and develop the finance team while promoting best practices and a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis and reporting principles.
• Understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business insights.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance and audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders.
