About the role

The General Manager will lead New Bahru, a creative lifestyle precinct, driving its long‑term growth, commercial success and cultural relevance. This senior leader will shape strategy, oversee operations and champion community impact while delivering strong business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision and growth plan for New Bahru.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships and sponsorships to strengthen the precinct’s position.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve revenue, profitability and sustainability.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, partners, government agencies and internal teams, acting as the primary ambassador.
• Design and deliver compelling experiences, programmes and events that enhance destination appeal.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, establishing operating rhythms, accountability structures and performance measures.
