KYC Analyst – Banking & Compliance

About the role

The KYC Analyst will ensure that client onboarding and ongoing due‑diligence processes meet global compliance standards. You will work closely with relationship managers, quality controllers and compliance teams across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client profiles and determine required KYC documentation.
• Collect, verify and update client information from public sources and internal systems.
• Perform name screening, background checks and sanity checks on collected data.
• Upload client data and documents into the KYC system.
• Liaise with relationship managers, quality controllers and compliance teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and the convergence program across Paris, London, New York and Singapore.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in KYC/AML or due‑diligence within corporate or investment banking.
• Highly analytical with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of KYC/AML processes, name screening and background checks.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and anti‑money‑laundering standards.
