About the role

The Lancôme Store Coach acts as a brand ambassador, driving sales and elevating the customer experience across assigned retail locations. You will coach and develop Beauty Advisors, ensuring they have the product knowledge, selling techniques, and service skills to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and training on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, beauty tech consultation, and makeup application.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe performance, give feedback, and identify individual learning needs.
• Facilitate group training sessions for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor beauty advisor performance using beauty tech devices and the brand’s app, tracking conversion rates and NPS/CXE metrics.
• Partner with retail managers and advisors to set and track sales goals, analyze performance, and implement growth strategies.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, coordinate in‑store events, and resolve customer service issues.
• Plan and execute in‑store events and promotions, manage logistics, and analyze ROI.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching activities, sales data, and event results, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic sales and/or training, preferably within a luxury beauty environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with retail partners.
