Legal Counsel – Transactional / M&A Consultant (Interim)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Legal Counsel on an interim basis to support our clients with transactional work, primarily in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and asset financing. The assignment is expected to start between late June and July, offering flexibility and exposure to diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support for M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and financing agreements.
• Assist clients with regulatory compliance and risk mitigation related to transactional matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure timely delivery of legal services.

Required profile

• Mid‑level lawyer with proven experience in transactional law, M&A, and commercial contracts.
• Ability to work on short‑term, interim assignments with a start date in late June or July.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable navigating new industries or environments.

Required skills
