About the role
Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager for its BCG Vantage team within the Consumer Practice Area. You will join a growing global team, providing industry and functional expertise to help clients in consumer goods, retail, fashion, and luxury sectors navigate complex challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with case and proposal teams to deliver knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory.
- Act as a thought partner and content expert, helping structure and solve complex client issues.
- Drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the practice.
- Contribute to commercialization efforts, proposals, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Line‑manage junior colleagues, overseeing goal setting, feedback, and career development.
Required profile
- 3+ years consulting experience in relevant sector/topic (or 4+ years industry experience; 6‑10+ years strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in consumer‑facing industries, especially Southeast Asia.
- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
